• Do you ever feel like people take advantage of you, judge you, or even victimize you?
  • Do you get hit with some upset frequently that causes you some kind of internal or external pain?
  • Did you know there is something you can do that will actually change the way people treat you?

Most people believe you can only affect yourself, and you can’t do anything about anyone else.

They are wrong.

You see, we live in a subtle-energy field that interconnects us with others, and there is a way to shift the energy between you and others that will change the dynamics of your interactions with them.

This is great news for relationships, whether romantic, friendships, or business.

  • It can connect you with your heart and soul…
  • raise your consciousness in a matter of minutes…
  • and positively affect how others treat you.

I’ve mentioned this practice to a number of people recently who said, “Oh yeah, I’ve heard of something like it, but for whatever reason didn’t stick with it.

Well, if you stick with this for awhile and apply it, it will engage forces that WILL work for you

I’ve been applying this myself, and I really love doing it, because it feels good and makes my day even better than it would have been without it.

If you don’t start doing this, you will be seriously missing something very important to your evolution. Yes, it is that important.

Consciousness Transformation Formula

Step 1. You will want to be in a peaceful and quiet place, preferably with your eyes closed because being in touch with your feelings is important to the effectiveness of this process.

Step 2. There are three categories to choose from.

a. Pick something that has been bothering you in any way. It could be because of a person, group, organization, or even an animal (such as a dog that chewed the corners of your new couch). It could even be something you heard on the news that triggered a reaction or judgment. Or, it could even be a small reaction you had; maybe just something that makes you shake your head in disappointment. So you’ll want to pick someone or something that caused some level of reaction in you.

b. You can even apply this process to yourself. So you could pick something you don’t like about yourself like your looks, weight, habits, health, mistakes, something you feel guilty about, etc

c. I also found that it works to pick someone or a situation you aren’t disturbed by. In fact, you may already have a very positive relationship with the person, so when you apply the formula it makes the relationship even better. You both feel better because it shifts the frequency between you even higher.

Step 3. Regardless of the person or situation you have chosen, bring the person and your  opinion, judgment, or reaction to mind and say quietly to yourself, “(State the person’s name) I am sincerely sorry. Please forgive me.” It is important that you really mean the words, so say them with feelings.

As you do this you will have memories come to mind, and as they do, repeat the statement at least 5 times with deep sincerity in your voice as each memory that arises.

Step 4. Express gratitude by saying, “Thank you!” Once again, sincerity is important, and you want to sense relief at having let go of something that has been weighing on your mind or troubling you.

Who are you thanking? Everyone. Life, God, the Universe, yourself, angels, your ancestors, your soul.

Step 5. Next you address the words, “I am sincerely sorry. Please forgive me, Thank you. I love you,” to the soul of the person who triggered you. You do not need to address this to the person’s personality or approve of their behavior. You are acknowledging the essential goodness that lies within everyone’s soul.

This is an affirmation of heart-felt unconditional love that comes from deep within you and radiates from you. You should also repeat “I love you,” 5 times.

Step 6. The last step powerfully shifts the energy between you and who or what triggered you. You say, “I Bless You.” That means you are sending every good intention for healing, health, happiness, prosperity, love, fun, peace, and every other goodness to that person.

This last step releases you from your judgment and from any negative karma you created by your reactions, and it opens you to a higher frequency of love and blessings.

That’s it. The whole practice in a nutshell. Simple and amazingly effective.

The process is my modified approach to the practice of the hopononono prayer. And the results are miraculous

I find this is a great practice to do everyday, and especially addressing anything that comes up that annoys you or disappoints you.

The  more you do this, the more you will become aware of who to apply it to. Think broadly and deeply. Think about anything that has upset you. Go through your memories starting with the present, and work back through your memories of the past few days. Then go back week by week, and month by month, then year by year. Go back to your earliest memories.

Over the months you’ll have memories come up you haven’t thought of in a very long time, but they come up to be healed, and the healing will free you.

Do you sometimes wonder what to meditate about? Make this a part of your daily meditations. You can spend a few minutes doing it, or an hour or more, and it will absolutely shift you to higher frequencies, which will then begin elevating your outer experiences as well.

And you’ll find that in many cases the results are immediate. You don’t have to wait. You can start right now, even if you only have a few minutes.

The most important thing is to do it, and keep doing it!
