*** The most common problem with difficulties adding products to your cart is having cookies turned off in your browser. Our cart uses cookies to process your order and the ordering system will not work if you have them turned off.

JonathanParker.org provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or purchase events or publications at the JonathanParker.org website you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Before you make any purchase, you must first click "I understand, acknowledge & agree to be bound by the JonathanParker.org Terms & Conditions".

JonathanParker.org reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add or remove portions of this Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Terms of Use each time before using the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept & agree to the changes.

Delivery & Refund Information

Downloading our audio files is easy and saves you time and money. Our download products are priced less than our CDs and you also save on shipping costs, plus you receive them within minutes. For MP3 downloads, you will receive a link for immediate download plus an email with download links. You can also find the download links under your account information. You can download the mp3 files for 30 days only so be sure to make back-up copies of downloaded files. Once files are downloaded all sales are final. We do not refund for products which have been downloaded. If you received a defective file email us through the contact us page and we will send you a good file. You can listen to samples of our products on the FREE AUDIO page so you will know what to expect before you order.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

For U.S. orders we normally ship CD orders within 3 business days via FedEx. Shipping charges are automatically shown when you place your order. If you designate shipment via post office and your order is more than $100, we will ship your products registered mail and add $8.85 to the normal shipping charges.

International Orders: We do not ship CDs for International orders. Shipping charges outside the 50 U.S. states are very high and it is not possible to guarantee delivery, so we no longer ship Internationally. We recommend that you order our programs in mp3 download format to obtain the products you want. You may purchase our audio products at a discount and download them immediately in MP3 format.

Return Policy

  1. It's our pleasure to serve you by offering you the best quality products at affordable prices. A 10% restocking fee on CDs will be charged upon return of products returned in resalable condition, and a 50% return fee for products returned in non-resalable condition. We do not refund shipping and handling charges and we are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an item to us.
  2. No return authorizations are allowed after 30 days from the original shipping date.
  3. If there is any circumstance that calls for a refund of a PayPal payment after 60 days, PayPal will charge you a fee as per their policy.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse any return.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS (UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE):

  • No return authorizations are allowed after 30 days from the original shipping date.
  • Clearance, sale, or discontinued Products.
  • Items damaged in shipping (Damaged items are handled by a damage claim with the shipping company).

Our return policy is almost identical to those of other online retailers in our industry; the above return exceptions are necessary; please consider them before making your purchase. Remember that during checkout, you must agree that you read, agreed to & understood this entire page & all policies contained herein.

Warranties.
All of JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc. CDs are guaranteed against material defects for thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Once the mp3 files are downloaded all sales are final. We do not refund for products which have been downloaded.

When you download or stream audio or video content (“Content”) made available by  JonathanParker.org either for free or for a fee, JonathanParker.org and Quantum Quests International, Inc., grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download or stream such Content to your computer and/or your personal listening or viewing device(s) solely for your personal non-commercial use.  You agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, or distribute or use Content in any other manner. You shall not sell, transfer, lease, modify, create derivative work from, distribute or publicly perform the Content in any manner and you shall not exploit it commercially. When you send us an email (as distinguished from a secure order form, which is encrypted), it is not necessarily secure and is not encrypted. It is our policy to never send your credit card number via e-mail. While we implement the above and other security measures to protect your information, please note that no data transmitted over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

While JonathanParker.org and Quantum Quests International, Inc., take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information, we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorized access, and we make no warranty, express, implied, or otherwise, that we will prevent unauthorized access to your private information. In no event shall JonathanParker.org and Quantum Quests International, Inc., or its affiliates be liable for any damages (whether consequential, direct, incidental, indirect, punitive, special or otherwise) arising out of, or in any way connected with, a third party's unauthorized access to your personal information, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, strict liability, tort or other theories of liability, and also regardless of whether JonathanParker.org and Quantum Quests International, Inc., was given actual or constructive notice that damages were possible.

Conditions of Sale & Payment Terms.
To purchase any goods and/or services on our Site, you must (a) be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable state age of majority, and (b) be a natural person (no corporations, partnerships or other legal entities). Prior to the purchase of any goods or services on our Site, you must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration & (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. By submitting that information to us, you hereby agree that you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization. All sales of mp3 download products and services are final.

Methods of Payment, Credit Card Terms & Taxes.
All payments must be made by VISA, MasterCard, USPS Money Order, or PayPal (each of which may be removed by JonathanParker.org in its sole discretion). Unless expressly set forth on the JonathanParker.org site, we do not accept any other payment form. If we offer or accept any other form of payment, you hereby agree to all restrictions, terms & conditions associated with such additional form of payment. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card, & you must refer to that agreement and not this Terms of Use to determine your rights & liabilities as a cardholder. You agree to pay all fees & charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless you notify JonathanParker.org of any discrepancies within sixty (60) days after they first appear on your credit card statement, you agree that they will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes. If JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc. does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc. or its agents. You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed on your purchases, including, but not limited to, sales, use or value-added taxes. JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc.  shall automatically charge & withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of California & any other states or localities that it deems is required.

Modifications to Prices or Billing Terms.
JonathanParker.org and Quantum Quests International, Inc. reserves the right, at any time, to change its prices & billing methods for products or services sold, effective immediately upon posting on the site.

Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify & hold harmless JonathanParker.org & its parents, sister companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, other End Users, distributors, licensors, officers, directors & employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of or related to your violation of this Terms of Use, or your violation of any law, regulation or third-party right.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
The entire risk arising out of the use of the site, the use of any products and/or services offered on or in connection with the site, and/or the use of any content and/or digital downloads remains with you. in no event shall JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc. or its licensors or any of their officers, directors, employees, agents or affiliates be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of this terms of use or the use of or inability to use any products, services, content and/or digital downloads, with the delay or inability to use the JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc. site or related services, the provision of or failure to provide products or services, or for any information, software, products, services & content obtained through the site, or otherwise arising out of the use of the JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc. site whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise even if JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. notwithstanding anything else in this terms of use or posted on the site, the maximum liability that JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc. shall have is limited to any amounts actually paid to JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc. by end user. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays that shall not be the responsibility of JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc. You acknowledge & agree that the limitations of liability, disclaimers of warranties & limited remedies set forth herein represent an inseparable allocation of risk (including, without limitation, in the event of a total & fundamental breach of this terms of use) that is an essential basis of the bargain between the parties.

Fraudulent Charge-Back Policy
If you issue a charge-back with your credit card company, or file a dispute with PayPal for an order that you placed with JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc. you will be permanently banned from the use of the website & you will be charged a $250.00 fee upon reversal of the charge-back to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you made the purchase & that you did receive the order. It is the policy of JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc.  to report all forms of PayPal, Credit & Debit Card fraud to the appropriate legal authorities, regardless of country of origin, & to prosecute individuals and/or companies that commit PayPal, Credit & Debit Card fraud by means of charge-backs, use of fraudulent PayPal, Credit & Debit Cards or other forms of fraud. JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc. considers the PayPal, Credit & Debit Card charge-backs for products ordered & shipped to be prima fascia evidence of Theft. Payment of the fee under this provision shall not prevent JonathanParker.org or Quantum Quests International, Inc. from seeking to obtain other legal remedies, both civil & criminal, including but not limited to, other expenses, damages, court costs, attorneys fee's & statutory interest.

Customers in the USA may pay with:

All orders exceeding $1000 (including multiple orders from the same customer) require payment by PayPal, American Express, Google Checkout, or U.S. Postal Money Order. All orders placed using any other payment type will be canceled.
PayPal Rules: ALL PAYPAL PAYMENTS FROM "UNCONFIRMED" PAYPAL ACCOUNTS WILL BE CANCELED. All orders paid with PayPal will ship to the address PayPal provides to us. All orders over $250 paid with PayPal will require a signature on delivery as per PayPal rules.
Credit Card Rules: All orders paid with a credit card will ship to the cardholders name & billing address only. To have your order ship to any other address other than your credit card billing address you have 2 options:
1. Before placing your order, Call your credit card issuer & ADD A SECONDARY/SHIPPING address to your credit card. When you place your order, provide us with the phone number to your credit card company (found on the back of your card) when prompted in the shopping cart, so we can call your bank to verify that the shipping address is on file with them.

2. We will accept a POSTAL MONEY ORDER (FROM A US POST OFFICE) as a form of payment, & will ship anywhere within the U.S. you want with this form of payment. To pay by USPS Money Order see our catalog for CD prices and shipping charges.

Customers in outside the U.S. including Canada may pay with:
