Our Refund Policy
Below is the refund policy for CDs
All CD programs are guaranteed for 30 days (except personalized Astrological Readings). If you have any questions about shipping costs for CDs you may call the shipping department at 1-800-906-1824 or 1-541-488-0022. It's our pleasure to serve you by offering you the best quality products at affordable prices. A 10% restocking fee on CDs will be charged upon return of products returned in resalable condition, and a 50% return fee for products returned in non-resalable condition. We do not refund shipping charges for CDs.
Below is the refund policy for MP3s
Downloading our audio files is easy and saves you time and money. Our download products are priced less than our CDs and you also save on shippings costs, plus you receive them within minutes. For MP3 downloads, you will receive a link for immediate download plus an email with download links. You can also find the download links under your account information. So if you need to download your programs again you may do so for 90 days by logging in to your account. After 90 days the download option expires. Please make back-up copies of your downloads.
Be sure to made back-up copies of downloaded files. Once the files are downloaded all sales are final. We do not refund for products which have been downloaded.
If you received a defective file email us through the Contact page (There is a Contact tab at the top of the website home page) and we will send you a good file. You can listen to samples of our products on the FREE AUDIO page so you will know what to expect before you order. You can read an article on the free article page on how to burn them to CDs or put them on your ipod.
International Orders
Shipping charges outside the U.S. are very high and it is not possible to guarantee delivery, so we do not ship CDs Internationally. We recommend that you choose the product as an instant mp3 download. All charges are converted to U.S. dollars.
