Order Status of MP3 Downloads & Ordering Problems
Log in to your account at the top of the page. You will find links to download all
the files you ordered. The links expire after 90 days so be sure to make
back-up copies after downloading.
There is more information on mp3 files and how to burn them to CDs in
the first article on the free article page. Just click on the tab at the top.
For Emails be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes the emails end up there.
If you are having a problem downloading mp3 files or ordering mp3 files please use the contact form below and describe your problem. Operators at any of the phone numbers on this page are not able to help you resolve those problems, but someone will email you an answer and resolution if you use the contact form.
